Most Items are mailed within 2 business days. We use UPS and USPS First Class Mail. Most Items arrive within 5 days depending on your location but we do ask that you allow 7 to 12 business days before contacting us in regards to your order. Tracking information emailed on all items.
Return Policy for broken or defective items. Please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. All items are insured by us. If you receives a product that does not meet our guarantee, we will ship a free replacement at no charge to you or credit your account. Certain items may have an additional warranty from the manufacturer. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description.
